About Kyle

As a small child, Kyle worked in a small soda business to instill money values and how to hustle early on.

 

Once he graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2015 with a degree in Business Marketing, he went straight into multiple start-up businesses to try and forge his own path.

 

After Covid, his start-up has been near dormant and it has prompted an excellent opportunity to come work with his Father, Rick Parnell, selling real estate in PGA West. Rick has been selling homes in PGA West since 2011 and has been an excellent mentor for a newly arrived agent. Since his arrival in early 2024, he has been able to hit the ground running with the mentorship of Rick, putting 26 homes into escrow this year alone.

 

With over 3,000 homes and condos here in PGA West, we can be specialists in this area alone and make a living within the PGA walls.
